My son has had this bicycle for years now & has had nothing but issues with diamondback mountain bike since the first month they had it. The bicycle was bought at Dicks & has been back a couple of times for tune ups & maintenance. Other children in our area have had the same issues, poor brakes, loose chains, missing pieces & the front forks & shocks all loose & don't stay tight. They have recently taken diamondback mountain bike to a bicycle dealer to get the forks taken care of because diamondback mountain bike is way to risky to ride. They have seen a lovely number of these bikes come in for replacement parts. I must say diamondback mountain bike is a bit expensive, thinking about the current economy, but the bicycle is indeed attractive. It came in a hard cupboard box & did not suffer any damage (as so lots of reviews about bikes reported). The wheels are well trued & there is no scratches. Assembling it was not so hard.
